What does it take to manage financial and quality risk? Dr. Steven Strongwater will discuss population health programs and other critical factors in coordinating care across the continuum. Dr. Strongwater leads the nonprofit organization Atrius Health and will share the Atrius experience as an Accountable Care Organization, including five years as a successful Medicare Pioneer.
